You'll need a confirmed diagnosis of severe MDD (single or recurrent episode) and documentation of an inability to tolerate, or inadequate response to, at least two prior antidepressant trials.

Prior authorization is required before TMS treatment begins. Our team submits the clinical documentation Anthem requires on your behalf.

A standard treatment course typically runs 5 days a week for 6 weeks (30 sessions), followed by a taper period, using an FDA-approved device.

You'll generally need to be 18 or older, with treatment-resistant depression or MDD with suicidal ideation, and documentation that at least two antidepressants — each at the maximum tolerated dose — didn't provide at least a 50% reduction in symptoms. Spravato® is used alongside, not instead of, ongoing antidepressant therapy.

Prior authorization is required, including medical documentation, prior treatment history, and standardized depression scale scores (such as PHQ-9).

Spravato® is never self-administered at home — it's only given in a certified clinic under observation, at a facility certified through the FDA's REMS program. Led Life LLC is a certified authorized SPRAVATO® provider.
