Meet Mei-Jen
Mei-Jen Hong Hillary is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner licensed in Maryland. She earned her Master of Science at Walden University and has been part of the Led Life Psychiatry team since 2022. She sees patients in both English and Mandarin.
Mei-Jen believes healing begins with being heard. She prioritizes active listening and advocacy, and she helps patients uncover and strengthen the coping skills they already carry within themselves. Her care combines the safe, thoughtful use of medication when appropriate with supportive counseling and evidence-based therapy, including Cognitive Processing Therapy.
Patients can expect a compassionate, collaborative space where their concerns are taken seriously. Mei-Jen builds trusting relationships grounded in empathy, and her goal is care that not only relieves symptoms but supports long-term resilience and healing.
